Plan is available only for select homes that have not yet been fully renovated. Under the plan, we offer you a selection of wall colors, cabinetry, countertops, and flooring. We then complete the renovation using your selections to truly turn your new house into your new home. There is no extra charge for our D.F.Y. Plan.
