Rehab Details:
This home was purchased directly from the owners and will require extensive work. We plan to:
- convert the garage back into a functional garage,
- add a small addition off kitchen,
- covert it from a 4/3 to 3/3 with 2 master suites and open floor plan,
- create a new kitchen layout,
- add another bathroom,
- convert one bathroom into a "Jack and Jill", with access from the hall and original master bedroom,
- remodel upstairs master bath,
- remove aluminum siding and will put up new wood siding,
- add new windows and gutters, add deck off addition,
- add a deck off the new addition, and
- install new landscaping and repair deck off of the master suite with ocean view (yeah, baby!),
We're currently in the waiting stages at the moment, while "in plan check" is in with the City for Permit approval. We're estimate the time it will take to accomplish the above rehab once we receive the permits to be 45-60 days
