I met Anthony through a friend in early 2011 as my mortgage was resetting andwe were starting to struggle with our payments. We were paying almost 4,000 dollars a month on our mortgage. My husband and I were doing our best but the house was under water and we just couldn't keep up.
We were ready to give up and let the bank have our house back. Anthony was great. He walked us through the different options available in the market. He explained things in a way we could understand and he knew a lot of things that the average home owner just wouldn't know. He worked with me for free for almost a year and he still checks in just to say hi. I'm sure he would have made money if we had to sell our house to him but I don't think he ever really wanted to buy our house. He told me to put together a plan, which he helped me with. Part of the plan was to make some decisions with my family and then understand thatsome times things are out of our hands and there would be some uncertaintyabout our success. Trying to improve our situation was really our only option.
We put together the plan and followed it. We were very nervous and worried. I would call him and he would tell me to just keep following the plan. He would say, "just stay relaxed, stay calm, and stay focused". I was thinking, well, that's easy for you to say. It seemed like he knew the process very well though. Much of what he said would happen did happen and even though we had a multiple options, the only thing we really wanted was to stay in our house and get our payments lowered. As it turns out things couldn't have worked out better for us. We got ou rpayments lowered well below 2,000 dollars a month and we now have a fixed loan and can stay here for as long as we want. If you need help with your house you should really give Anthony a call. He is the best.
